Online Ordering

Do I have to register before ordering?

No, you can place an order without an account using a credit card. If you'd like to sign up for an account, please fill out our online registration form and our customer service will be in touch.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, at checkout, select the Pickup shipping method and then choose which location you'd like to pick up your order at. You can pick it up at any time during business hours.

What payment methods can I use?

You can pay for your order with a purchase order, credit card, ACH account, or feel free to request a quote if you'd like different pricing options for products.

Delivery / Distribution

How soon will my order be delivered?

Order by 4PM and we will ship the same day. Most orders are delivered within 24-48 hours to most areas.

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all 50 US states as well as Canada, Ukraine, Poland, the Philippines and Argentina.

My Account

I forgot my password, how do I sign in?

Navigate to the Account Retrieval page and follow the instructions to set a new password for your account.

How do I change my preferred language?

Sign in to your account and then:

1. Choose Manage Account in the top right corner
2. You'll be take to your account
3. Choose your profile icon
4. Choose Language
5. Select the language of your choice; for example Canadian French
