Return and exchange policy – Maintex

Due to supply chain fluctuations and market uncertainty, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns of orders for pandemic-restricted items. Pandemic-restricted items are designated with a [P] prefix on order paperwork and invoices.

Stock items may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 45 days of purchase.  All items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.  Returns require a pre-approved return merchandise authorization (RMA).  Contact customer service to obtain authorization and schedule a drop-off or pick-up of your return.  An additional restocking fees of 15% (minimum $15) will apply when returns are picked up by Maintex without an accompanying delivery order

Special items, custom orders, and direct shipments are not typically returnable.  Contact customer service to determine whether an item can be returned and what restocking and shipping fees apply.

Private label chemicals are custom manufactured for the specific customer and cannot be returned.
